Play Ledger: A Private Spending Diary

Updated 8 October 2026 · 5 minute read

Add each session’s money in and money out, and the ledger keeps the running total, the week and month figures and a spreadsheet copy. Everything stays in your own browser. It opens on an invented ledger that begins well and then slides.

Add a session

Put in is the money you added for this session. Taken out is what you took back, or the balance you finished with if you count it that way. Use the same rule every time. The result is taken out minus put in.

−₹2,650net across 10 sessions: taken out minus put in
₹70came back for every ₹100 put in
₹8,800put in, all sessions
₹6,150taken out, all sessions
−₹265average result of one session
7 of 10sessions ended behind
−₹277for every hour played (9.6 hours in all)

In this made-up example, 10 sessions put ₹8,800 in and took ₹6,150 out, so the ledger is ₹2,650 behind. ₹70 came back for every ₹100 put in. 7 of 10 sessions ended behind and 3 ended ahead. The running total peaked at +₹1,750 on 13 September 2026, then fell back. These sessions are invented for illustration. Add your own and this view becomes yours.

Your sessions

At the time of writing (8 October 2026) the Wallet screen of Shree Win showed Deposit history and Withdrawal history, with ₹0.00 showing until you log in. We opened no deposit or withdrawal screen, so we cannot say what they hold or how far back they go. A ledger is a different thing: your own record, in your own words, of what went in and what came out. The one above opens on an example we made up.

Words on this screen

WordIn plain words
Put inMoney you added for one session
Taken outMoney you took back, or the balance you finished with

The example, read slowly

Ten invented sessions put ₹8,800 in and took ₹6,150 out. The tiles read:

  • −₹2,650 across all ten sessions.
  • ₹70 back for every ₹100 put in.
  • 7 of 10 sessions ended behind.
  • −₹265 for the average session.
  • −₹277 for every hour played, over 9.6 hours in all.

The ledger also marks the highest the running total reached, +₹1,750 on 13 September 2026, and where it went afterwards. Split the list in two and the story shows itself:

Part of the examplePut inTaken outResult
First three sessions₹1,500₹3,250+₹1,750
Next seven sessions₹7,300₹2,900−₹4,400

We shaped it this way to show how a good start can look inside a longer list. It is not a forecast, and it is not a claim about any real player.

Week by week

WeekSessionsPut inTaken outResult
7–13 Sep 20263₹1,500₹3,250+₹1,750
14–20 Sep 20262₹2,000₹1,050−₹950
21–27 Sep 20262₹2,500₹900−₹1,600
28 Sep – 4 Oct 20262₹2,000₹750−₹1,250
5–11 Oct 20261₹800₹200−₹600

Weeks run from Monday to Sunday. Once you have sessions of your own, the ledger shows a second table by month. If you typed these ten sessions in, it would read:

MonthSessionsPut inTaken outResult
September 20268₹7,000₹5,500−₹1,500
October 20262₹1,800₹650−₹1,150

A month smooths out a lucky or a bad week, which is why the two views sit side by side. With only a few sessions the figures swing a lot, and with fewer than five the ledger says so under the tables.

Adding a session

  1. Pick the date.
  2. Type put in and taken out, in rupees. Use 0 if one of them was nothing.
  3. Type the minutes played, as a whole number. A rough figure is fine.
  4. Add a note if you like, up to 40 characters.
  5. Check the line under the boxes, which shows the result of the session, then press Add session.

Once you add your first session, the invented example goes and the totals become yours.

Where it lives

  • In this browser only. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
  • Clearing site data erases it. Safari on an iPhone may clear a site’s data after about a week without a visit.
  • Download CSV saves a copy to your phone. Do it now and then.
  • Delete removes one session and offers an Undo. Clear everything asks you to confirm first.
  • It holds up to 5,000 sessions.

What a ledger cannot do

It reads nothing from any platform, so it knows only what you type. It will not tell you when to stop, and it cannot tell you why a session went as it did. To plan a stake before a session, use the session budget calculator, and to keep a session short, the session timer. The expected-loss calculator prices an hour at one stake. If you find you would rather not look at the numbers, Tele-MANAS 14416 offers free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour. The tools page lists the rest.

A ledger works best if it starts before the first session. The button opens the platform’s own Register page. Read its address bar.

Common questions

Do I log a deposit when I add money, or only when the session ends?

Log it once, when the session ends. The “Put in” box is the money you added for that session, and “Taken out” is what you took back, or the balance you finished with if you count it that way. The tool does not mind which rule you pick. It only asks you to use the same one every time.

Why is the example’s first week ahead and the next four behind?

We wrote it that way on purpose, to show how a good start can look inside a longer list. It is invented, and it does not say real runs go that way. Your own ledger may be ahead for longer, behind from the start, or neither. What matters is that you can see the total.

Will my ledger be there if I open the page on another phone?

No. The sessions live in one browser on one device. A different phone, a private window, or a browser whose site data was cleared will show an empty ledger. Download the CSV now and then, because that file is your own copy and you can open it anywhere.

What does the CSV hold, and how do I open it?

One row for each session with six columns: date, put_in, taken_out, net, minutes and note. The file is named play-ledger followed by the date you saved it. Any spreadsheet app opens it, including Google Sheets and the one on your phone.

Can the Wallet screen’s Deposit history do the same job?

We cannot say, because we could not read what it lists. At the time of writing (8 October 2026) the Wallet screen showed Deposit history and Withdrawal history, with ₹0.00 showing until login, and we opened no deposit or withdrawal screen. Even so, a platform’s history is its record. Your ledger is yours, with the minutes and a note.

What happens to the totals if I skip logging a bad session?

They look better than the truth. The ledger adds up only what you type, and it cannot know about a session you left out. If you miss one, add it later with its real date. The tool puts it in the right week and month.
