5D Lottery Calculator: Odds for Every Digit

Updated 8 October 2026 · 5 minute read

The calculator counts every result of a five-digit draw, 1,00,000 in all, and shows how many match a ticket in one, two, three, four or five places. Type the payout your own screen states and it prices the bet. It opens on a bet on one digit.

A payout counts your stake, so even money is 2×. “The last digits match” means the last few digits of the result equal the last few of your ticket, and matching every digit is an exact match. Choosing a bet fills in an example payout, either 2× for a bet that wins half the time or 5% under the break-even payout. These are illustrations, not any app’s table: type the payout and the fee your own app states.

20losing rounds in a row: the longest run to expect

With 5 digits there are 1,00,000 equally likely results, and matching the last digit wins on 10,000 of them (10.00%). At 9.5× the game keeps 5.00% of every stake on average: about ₹30 over 60 rounds at ₹10. No formula changes which result comes; it can only choose which one you play.

Draws use your browser’s random numbers and the figures above. There is no money in it, and it is not any lottery’s draw: it shows how many tickets it takes before anything happens, and how rarely the big prizes come.

The calculator above is set to a bet on one digit: the last digit of the result must match the last digit of your ticket. It stakes ₹10 a round for 60 rounds at a payout of 9.5×, our illustration, 5% under the break-even 10×. At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the Lottery section of Shree Win’s home page showed a tile spelled 5D Lotre. We did not open it, so we do not know which bets it offers or what they pay. 5D rounds are often described as five digits from 0 to 9 drawn in order, which makes 1,00,000 possible results; check your own screen for what the tile does. The lottery guide says what we saw on all five tiles.

Every match count

Fix any ticket and count the results that agree with it in exactly one place, two places, and so on. Take three: there are 10 ways to choose which three places match, and the other two must differ, 9 × 9 = 81 ways. So 10 × 81 = 810 results.

132,80532.8%3

Every ticket has this same table. In all, 40,951 results (40.95%) match your ticket in at least one place, and 59,049 match in none.

What the match bets cost

Now the bets the calculator tries, where the last digits of the ticket must match. The first column is how many digits are matched.

Last digits matchedChanceBreak-even payoutTickets before a win is likelier than notChance of any win in 60 tickets
110%10×799.8%
21%100×6945.3%

40.01%10,000×6,9320.6%
50.001%1,00,000×69,3150.06%

At the starting payouts, every row costs the same on average: 5.00% of each stake, which is ₹0.50 on a ₹10 ticket and ₹30 across 60 tickets. A payout 10% under break-even would double that to ₹60. What changes from row to row is how the cost arrives. The one-digit bet needs 7 wins in 60 tickets to end ahead, and 39 sessions in 100 manage it. Each longer bet pays enough that one win ends the session ahead, so its chance of ending ahead is the last column.

Practise on pretend money

  1. Leave the digits as 12345 and the bet as it opens.
  2. Press Play 100, and then Play 1,000. The pretend balance starts at ₹1,00,000.
  3. Press Start over and change the bet to the last three digits. Play 1,000 again.

A thousand tickets of ₹10 stake ₹10,000, and the opening bet costs ₹500 of it on average. On the last-three-digits bet you may see no hit, one, or three in a thousand tickets, since the average is one. Neither run says anything about the next.

What it cannot tell you

We do not know which bets 5D Lotre offers, what they pay, or what fee they carry. Those sit behind an account. No formula can name the next result: if the digits are drawn fresh, every one of the 1,00,000 results is as likely as any other, whatever came before. The K3 calculator counts three dice the same way, and the hack guide goes through the claims about predicted results. The other tools are on the tools page.

Common questions

How many different results can a five-digit draw have?

1,00,000, which is 10 × 10 × 10 × 10 × 10. Each of the five places can hold any digit from 0 to 9, so the results run from 0 0 0 0 0 to 9 9 9 9 9. If the digits are drawn fresh and evenly, each result has the same 1 in 1,00,000 chance.

Why do exactly three matching places give 810 results and not 1,000?

Choose which three of the five places match, which can be done 10 ways. The other two places must then differ from your ticket, 9 digits each, which is 81 ways. So 10 × 81 = 810. The figure 1,000 would count results that match in a fourth or fifth place as well.

Is the ticket 12345 worse than the ticket 40713?

No. If the digits are drawn evenly, every ticket faces the same table: 1 result matching in all five places, 45 in four, 810 in three, 7,290 in two, 32,805 in one and 59,049 in none. A tidy run of digits looks unlikely to a person, but the draw does not read it.

What does “the last digits match” mean in this calculator?

The last few digits of the result must equal the last few of your ticket, in order. Matching the last 2 digits wins on 1,000 of the 1,00,000 results, which is 1%. Matching all five wins on 1 result. How the 5D Lotre tile settles a bet is something we could not read.

How many tickets before a one-in-1,000 bet has more than an even chance of paying once?

693. At a 0.1% chance a ticket, the chance of at least one win passes one half on the 693rd ticket. At ₹10 a ticket that is ₹6,930 staked, and a session of 60 tickets has only a 5.8% chance of a single win. Longer shots need very long sessions.

Does a ₹10 ticket cost ₹10 or ₹0.50?

The stake is ₹10 and it is gone unless the ticket wins. The ₹0.50 is the average cost: at the calculator’s starting payouts, which sit 5% under break-even, the bet keeps 5.00% of each stake over many tickets. Your own screen’s payout may differ, and then the cost differs too.
